Note 		Puttakka was just in her early teens when she got married. She lost her husband just two months into the marriage and never could experience the marriage bliss and have any children. She never saw her husband after her marriage. She did not visit her in-laws either.
She stayed alone at Periyapatna, taken care of by her sister's grand children and lived up to the ripe old age of 85+
